I see that this is mostly as being more as I wish to be and less of the way I was. There is a bunch of work to do to change myself into a more creative person.
Changing is not easy and all the help that can be mustered is called for. We are in a real sense the sum total of all out habits. Realizing this, knowing which habits should be changed, in which direction and what our limitations are, are the first steps on our path.
Write in a journal to guide and test my reflections. In doing so I shape myself into a mature, intellectual craftsman. Creatives keep journals. Similarly one can keep a Zettelkasten. This is indispensable to originality in any intellectual pursuit. This is a huge confidence builder, one becomes confident in ones uncertainty.
Hope you have an awesome day!

This journal is meant as a reminder to encourage my future self. Where I work on my mental fitness and ‘adulting’. A reminder to him to operate in the world with love and compassion and some tips put together in a moment of clarity to help him when he is less clear and caught up in stuff the he can’t control.
