If I fail to invest the time and effort to find a better path, it's unlikely I'll find one. Why look for a better path? What is meant by a 'better' path? Is this a worthwhile endeavor? Improvement and refinement are traps we can fall into just as their opposite, laziness is. We don't what to live lazily excepting the current path as meaningful and we don't what to live constantly striving. But given the facts of our life, we surely can do better if only peripherally. Are there low hanging fruit, in terms of operations that will lead me to a 'better' path? I think so. Here is a short list.
- Gratitude
- Smiling
- Conversation
- Kindness
- Meditation
- Hugs
